Towards the CDP World day of Silence - Feast of St Joseph.

Power of Silence (POS) Novena Overview:

Day 1 - March 10: Activities:

 A. Communicate with St. Joseph telling him to see you through, throughout this period of novena.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Proverbs. 28:21.

Day 2 - March 11: Activities: 

A. Invite him to your heart.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Proverbs.14:23

Day 3 - March 12: Activities:

 A. Invite him to your household.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Proverbs 25:28.

Day 4 - March 13: Activities: 

A. Pray and say: "St Joseph pray for us" 10x morning, afternoon and evening.(this should be repeated daily,till the end of the Novena- from March 14 to 19).

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph. 

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Proverb 16:28.

Day 5 - March 14: Activities: 

A. Pray and say: Joseph pray for us 10x morning, afternoon and evening.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Proverb 4:24.

Day 6 - March 15:  .Activities:

 A. Pray and say: Joseph pray for us 10x morning, afternoon and evening.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Proverb 8:8.

Day 7 - March 16: Activities

 A. Pray and say: Joseph pray for us 10x morning, afternoon and evening.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: James 3:8.

Day 8 - March 17:Activities

 A. Pray and say: Joseph pray for us 10x morning, afternoon and evening.

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below:  1Peter 2:21&23.

Day 9 - March 18: Exodus 14:14.Activities:

A. Prepare your intentions also repeat "St Joseph pray for us" 10x morning, afternoon and evening.(this should be repeated 3 times daily ie morning, afternoon and evening).

B. Recite Litany of St Joseph.

C. Maintain 30-minute silence.

D. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Exodus 14:14.

The Feast Day  - March 19: Activities:

A. Prepare your intentions also repeat "St Joseph pray for us" 10x morning, afternoon and evening.(this should be repeated 3 times daily ie morning, afternoon and evening).

B. Participate in the Altar Prayer of the day at 4pm.

C. Litany on the Feast day should be recited 3times. 

D. Conclude today with one hour Silence.

E. Meditate on the bible passage given below: Psalm 46:10.

F. Power of Silence offertory envelope containing your Thanksgiving offering should be used on 19th of March - the feast day for offertory at Mass, any where in the world.

G. Submit your intentions in an envelope for burning during the Altar Prayer on the feast day as above.

We shall conqure Satan, sin, the flesh and the world with our silence as Saint Joseph did. We shall receive our request from the Lord through the intercession and support of Saint Joseph.

N:B: All periods of silence should be anytime in between 6am and 9pm.

Let us pray. 

God, in your infinite wisdom and love you chose Joseph to be the husband of Mary, the mother of your Son. May we have the help of his prayers in heaven and enjoy his protection on earth. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
