Great Expectation Novena.

Great Expectation Novenas (November 1st to November 30th Annually).

This is the CDP's end of year annual novenas which prepares her member for entering the Church's New Liturgical Year.
Novena Mantra:
HIS GOODNESS AND MERCY SHALL FOLLOW US ALL THE DAYS OF OUR LIFE(November 1-10); WE CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH THE LORD WHO STRENGTHENS US (November 11-20); THE LION OF JUDAH IS HERE; EVEN THE OCEANS AND THIER STOMS ARE QUIET(November 21-30).
Visit to the Blessed Sacrament, attending of masses and prayer before the tarbanacle are compulsory on the following dates: 1st (Solemnity of All Saint);2nd (Commemoration of All the faithful Departed); 3rd;(St. Martin de porres, religious); 9th(Feast of Dedication of The Lateran Basilica); 10th(St Leo the Great pope and Doctor of the Church. Today, there shall be a meeting to review the ⅓ of the Novenas in honor of our coming Great High Priest.); 18th(The Dedication of the Basilica of SS Peter and Paul Apostles \ Optional Memorial of St. Elizabeth of Hungary); 20th(Meeting to review ⅔ of the Novenas in honor of our coming Prophet); 21st(The presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary); 22nd(St. Cecilia Virgin and martyr); 30th (St. Andrew Apostle\meeting to review the three over 3 of the Novenas in honor of our coming King). Note, Members should attend at least 11masses during this novenas," also go to confession at least 3times during this Novenas and also book their Novena Masses-30,14 or 7 days Masses as may be  affordable. Item 2, remember, members must not fail to stick to: the prayers before Mass,(60  ongoing mantras,); before Holy communion (eucharistic chaplet) and prayer after Mass(psalm 122 and 1 our father,1hail Mary,and 1 Glory be or 3 Glory Be's for the intentions of the pope,the entire Project, Parish Priest,and the Priest that celebrated the Mass. To conclude with," Our Lady of Mount Camel; purify the Church of Your Son; Lord Jesus Christ make us Instruments of this Purification."
   Daily Activities: 
   Day 1 - day 6 :   Fast: fast from November 1-November 6 as follow: 6-12, 6-3, 6-6; 6, 9, or 12 hours fasting depending on your strength. November 2: pray the glorious mysteries \ Cleansing Soul Chaplet for the departed souls those who have the opportunity to visit the cemetery should visit and pray the Cleansing Soul Chaplet on this day click here https://cdpprayers.blogspot.com/2021/04/cleansing-soul-chaplet.html?m=1. No fasting on Sunday\ all Saints day.Sacramental Confession between 1st and 7th November is compulsory. Last Bible text before going to bed daily James 5: 10 & 11
Day 7  - Day 12, Novena Mantra 20 -  300 times daily  depending on your strength with apostle creed 3 times daily. (morning, noon and evening) Last daily bible text before going to bed. Day 7:James 1:20-24,Day 8: psalm. 23:2,Day 9: Job 27:4, Day 10: Proverb 10:20, Day 11: Proverb 18:12, Day 12: 1peter 1:25.
Day 13 – Day 18. 30 minutes silence everyday (must be Maintained between 6am and 9pm) with at least 30 Novena Mantras. Last bible daily passage before going to bed. James 3:10-12.
Day 19 - day 24, Daily stations of the cross with at least 30 Novena Mantras. 10 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon and 10 in the evening. Last daily bible text before going to bed: Luke.9:62.
Day 25  - Day 30, Midnight prayer, at least 30 minutes with the Chaplet of Life. All to attend the foundation vigil on 30th to conclude the Novena.

These Last 7 days are chosen from any days of the advent before 17th December after which the envelop should be used for offertory at any Mass anywhere in the world. - Director of Programs.

 CDP WAY OF THE CROSS. The CDP way of the cross is prayed every Friday between 9am and 9pm. Not to be started before 9am nor after 9pm on Fridays .
